S.H.Figuarts Wonder Woman 1984: The Amazonian Warrior Goddess of Love Shines in New Toy Photography

With the pandemic leading to more time working from home, I finally had the chance to properly photograph the S.H.Figuarts Wonder Woman 1984 figure I picked up earlier this year.

I have to say, S.H.Figuarts truly delivered an astonishing head sculpt this time! The articulated hair is also a fantastic design choice, allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses without restriction.

For this photoshoot, I got creative with my background materials, using a pulp tray from a Philips garment steamer package, an IKEA mirror, and even... some moldy orange slices! I always enjoy creating scenes using only readily available items. You can find the behind-the-scenes photos at the end for your reference.

High articulation has always been a hallmark of the S.H.Figuarts series, making it incredibly easy to pose Wonder Woman in various action shots!

My only regret is the absence of her iconic sword and shield; for these shots, I borrowed them from the Play Arts Kai "Batman v Superman" Wonder Woman figure.

Here are some behind-the-scenes shots from the photoshoot:
