US toy giant Mattel's renowned die-cast car collectible series, "Hot Wheels," unveiled several exciting products at SDCC 2021. This article focuses on the "Green Darth Vader Character Car" from "Star Wars"! However, this item sold out almost immediately upon launch on the Mattel Creations official website, so collectors looking to snag one might need to put in some extra effort.
Hot Wheels has always been popular for transforming iconic IP characters into collectible cars, faithfully retaining their distinctive features. This time, the "Green Darth Vader Character Car" deviates from his familiar black silhouette, drawing inspiration from the "Star Wars #1" comic cover where the Dark Lord's armor gleams with a vibrant green hue. The car's body not only meticulously recreates the striking cobalt green color and shading but also intricately sculpts his red eyes, mouth respirator, and the details of his chest life support system. The comic-accurate backing card and packaging further elevate its collector's value, making it an absolute must-have!
