Following the first release, EVANGELION Unit-01, and the second, EVANGELION Unit-02, TAMASHII NATIONS has now announced the "DYNACTION General-Purpose Humanoid Decisive Weapon Evangelion Unit-01 + Lance of Cassius (Renewal Color Edition)," which recreates scenes from the final movie. This impressive figure is slated for release in February 2022.
The DYNACTION "EVANGELION Unit-01 + Lance of Cassius (Renewal Color Edition)" builds upon the 2020 "DYNACTION Unit-01" release. This new edition features a completely refreshed paint scheme, meticulously crafted to match the settings from the final film, "Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time." The overall color palette boasts enhanced light and shadow contrast, giving the figure a striking new look. It comes equipped with the massive "Lance of Cassius," measuring an incredible 69cm in length, along with dedicated interchangeable hands for wielding the weapon. The figure's joints, constructed from a composite of die-cast parts and POM, allow for highly dynamic and tension-filled posing with the Lance!
