Good Smile Company's affordable POP UP PARADE line is expanding its "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!" collection. Following the releases of Megumin, Aqua, and Darkness, the latest addition is the "POP UP PARADE Yunyun" non-scale PVC pre-painted figure. Priced at 3,900 JPY, this figure is slated for a November 2021 release.
Yunyun (ゆんゆん), the daughter of the Crimson Demon Clan's chief, was always expected to be a brilliant successor. However, her pure-hearted and remarkably normal demeanor was ironically perceived as strange by her chuunibyou-afflicted clan members. This led to Yunyun developing an inferiority complex, making her an outcast from a young age, often attempting to befriend fish, plants, and even inanimate objects. Despite her mastery of various intermediate and advanced magic, and her formidable strength, she inexplicably finds herself in a perpetual rivalry with Megumin, whom she considers both a rival and a friend, yet has never managed to win against her.
Standing approximately 18 cm tall, the "POP UP PARADE Yunyun" figure faithfully captures her appearance from the anime. Her signature outfit is meticulously recreated, highlighting her exceptionally well-developed physique. Yunyun is depicted with a charmingly shy and flustered expression, her hands clasped together, and one leg delicately bent, creating an utterly endearing pose. The sculpt beautifully emphasizes her ample chest and the fair thighs visible beneath her flowing skirt.
