Taiwanese bubble tea brand Ching Shin Fu Chuan, originating from Tainan, has partnered with Japan's Toho Co., Ltd. to launch a three-month collaboration event starting August 2021, centered around the cinematic classic monster, Godzilla. Beyond transforming all drink cups into special editions featuring giant monster designs, they will also release a wide array of Godzilla-themed merchandise. Monster fans are truly going to go wild for this!
This collaboration features a total of 27 unique monster-themed paper cups. These designs span decades, from the original 1954 Godzilla and the Heisei era Godzilla, all the way to Shin Godzilla from 2016, letting fans relive the King of the Monsters' evolution. Fan-favorite characters like King Ghidorah, Mothra, Mechagodzilla, and Jet Jaguar are also prominently featured across this wave of collaborative merchandise. The collection includes eco-friendly cups, towels, embroidered tote bags, mousepads, playing cards, and more, all designed in various styles, including classic movie poster art and Ukiyo-e aesthetics. Even everyday items like drink seals, label stickers, and straws have been thoughtfully infused with subtle monster-themed details – truly awesome!
