Max Factory, a popular Japanese toy company, is expanding its acclaimed "figma" action figure line with the highly anticipated "figma Hashibira Inosuke" from the smash-hit anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba"! Following the releases of "Tanjiro Kamado," "Nezuko Kamado," and "Zenitsu Agatsuma," Inosuke is finally here. Both a standard edition and a DX (Deluxe) edition, which includes additional accessories, are slated for release in May 2022.
Hashibira Inosuke (はしびら いのすけ) is one of the five Demon Slayer Corps recruits who passed the Final Selection alongside protagonist Tanjiro. Instantly recognizable by his wild boar mask and muscular, bare torso, Inosuke is known for his incredibly savage and crude personality, often resorting to violence at the slightest provocation. In battle, he utilizes his self-taught "Beast Breathing" technique, with "Boar Rush" being his signature move. Beneath the mask, he possesses a surprisingly delicate and handsome face, a stark contrast to his usual demeanor!
The "figma Hashibira Inosuke" stands approximately 13.5 cm tall, faithfully capturing Inosuke's powerful physique and intricate details like the deer fur draped around his waist and the bear fur tied to his legs. Utilizing figma's signature smooth yet poseable joints, collectors can recreate his wild and aggressive poses from the series. The figure comes with multiple interchangeable hand parts and his iconic serrated dual Nichirin Blades. Also included are two interchangeable head sculpts: his signature boar mask and his unmasked face.
For those seeking even more display options, the "figma Hashibira Inosuke DX Edition" goes further. In addition to the boar mask and unmasked head sculpts, it includes an extra unmasked "angry face" expression. To further capture Inosuke's explosive temper, the DX edition comes with anime-style "vein pop" and "angry" effect stickers.
