BANDAI's GASHAPON division, known for its "Capsule Figure Collection" series, is releasing the second wave of its popular "Jujutsu Kaisen" themed line. Following the initial Jujutsu Kaisen Capsule Figure Collection, the "Jujutsu Kaisen Capsule Figure Collection 02" is set to launch in August 2021.
The second installment, "Jujutsu Kaisen Capsule Figure Collection 02," features adorable chibi-style figures, each standing approximately 45mm tall. While Yuji Itadori appeared in the first series, he returns here in a cute sitting pose. The immensely popular Satoru Gojo also makes a comeback, this time sporting his signature sunglasses! This wave also includes Jujutsu High seniors: Maki Zenin, Toge Inumaki, and Panda, alongside Kento Nanami, and the antagonist Suguru Geto, totaling seven distinct characters. Each figure comes with its own display stand and base, making them a must-have for "Jujutsu Kaisen" fans and collectors.

Gege Akutami's manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen" (呪術廻戦) began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in 2018, quickly becoming a popular new hit. Its popularity skyrocketed even further after the anime adaptation premiered in October 2020. Set in the same universe as "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" (formerly "Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School"), the story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student with exceptional athletic abilities. After an unexpected incident leads him to swallow a cursed object—one of Ryomen Sukuna's fingers—and merge with it, he joins the Tokyo Jujutsu High. There, he becomes a student of Jujutsu Sorcerer Satoru Gojo, fighting alongside Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki against Curses.
