PCS Unveils "TMNT: The Last Ronin" 1/4 Scale Statue in Standard and Supreme Editions

Premium Collectibles Studio (PCS), a US-based design studio renowned for its large-scale statues that capture character essence, has officially announced its new 1/4 scale full-body statue based on the comic series "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin"! Both a Standard Edition and a SUPREME Edition will be released simultaneously.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin" is a five-issue comic miniseries published by IDW, a collaborative effort by TMNT co-creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, alongside Tom Waltz and Andy Kuhn. The story plunges into a grim future where New York City is brutally controlled by Oroku Hiroto, Shredder's grandson. Of the four Ninja Turtle brothers, only one remains. Clad in dark attire and bearing the signature weapons of his fallen siblings, he embarks on a solitary quest for revenge, determined to end Hiroto's reign.

Standing approximately 52 cm tall, this statue captures the sole surviving Ninja Turtle, Michelangelo, in a dynamic pose as he hunts enemies through the sewers. It meticulously recreates his dark blue stealth suit, dark brown armor, and detailed utility belt. He wields Raphael's sai and Donatello's bo staff, while another bo staff and Leonardo's katana are strapped to his back with thick rope. His own beloved nunchaku are also visible at his waist. Coupled with his gritted teeth and fierce expression, the statue perfectly embodies the vengeful, solitary, and tormented Michelangelo from "The Last Ronin."

▼ The statue also includes interchangeable hand parts holding different weapons, enhancing display versatility.

▼ The SUPREME Edition further includes translucent effect parts depicting the ghostly forms of the other three Ninja Turtles, which can be placed behind Michelangelo to recreate the poignant self-dialogue scenes from the comic.
