Hong Kong-based toy company Storm Collectibles, renowned for its extensive lineup of fighting game action figures, is set to release a new articulated figure of "KING," the iconic leopard-masked wrestler from NAMCO's flagship fighting game series, "Tekken"! The figure is slated for a Q4 2021 release.
Fans of the Tekken series will undoubtedly be familiar with King. Always donning his signature leopard mask to conceal his identity, he is, in fact, the head of an orphanage. To secure funding for the children under his care, he transforms into a wrestler by night. After the original King was tragically killed by Ogre, his adopted son inherited the mantle, continuing to fight as King (a storyline that began in Tekken 3, often referred to as King II).
This Storm Collectibles King figure is based on his "Tekken 7" appearance. Beyond his timeless leopard mask, the design features yellow protective gear and shorts paired with blue tights as the primary color scheme. Accessories include multiple interchangeable hand parts, his iconic leopard-print cape, and a dynamic punching effect piece. Posing him with other characters to recreate various wrestling moves promises endless fun.
