Bandai's TAMASHII NATIONS brand recently announced that its annual flagship figure exhibition, "TAMASHII NATION 2021," will be held from November 19-21 this year. Alongside this announcement, the latest details for the event-exclusive commemorative product, "Figuarts ZERO Tanjiro Kamado -Water Breathing- Special Color Edition," were also unveiled. This product is based on the regular edition released in June 2020. It sculpts "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" protagonist Tanjiro Kamado at a height of 15 cm. The dynamic sculpt recreates his pose while performing the "Water Breathing, Sixth Form: Whirlpool," featuring elaborate water effect parts surrounding his entire body to create a powerful battle scene.
This TAMASHII NATION commemorative edition features a significantly revamped paint application. Tanjiro's black and green checkered Ichimatsu Haori now shines with a brilliant metallic finish, while the surrounding water effect parts are rendered with a pearlescent paint, offering a more vibrant color compared to the regular release.
