Hasbro Pulse, the online store for limited edition and special products from renowned toy manufacturer Hasbro, has announced that the NERF LMTD series will release a NERF blaster designed after the iconic M41A Pulse Rifle from the sci-fi horror film "Aliens." This exclusive release will be available only on Hasbro Pulse, with an estimated shipping date of October 2022.
“I wanna introduce you to a personal friend of mine”
NERF LMTD is a premium, fan-focused collector series that transforms iconic props from classic TV shows, movies, and video games into limited-edition blasters. To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the 1986 sci-fi horror classic "Aliens," NERF LMTD is releasing the M41-A Blaster, inspired by the film's legendary M41A Pulse Rifle.
The M41A Pulse Rifle is the standard issue weapon for the United States Colonial Marine Corps (USCMC), making it a recurring sight throughout the film series. Its most iconic moment comes when protagonist Ellen Ripley wields the pulse rifle to fight her way through hordes of Xenomorphs, solidifying its status as one of cinema's most legendary sci-fi weapons.
This M41-A Blaster faithfully recreates the iconic look of the M41A Pulse Rifle. Measuring 28 inches (71.12 cm) in length, the blaster comes in a specially designed, display-worthy themed package and includes 10 Elite darts and 3 MEGA darts. The blaster itself features a dual-firing mechanism: the upper barrel is motorized for firing standard Elite darts, while the lower barrel uses a pump-action mechanism for launching larger MEGA darts. It also boasts a working dart counter, just like the M41A Pulse Rifle in the film, and emits authentic movie-accurate firing sounds when discharged.
