Sunrise Inc. has today (August 19) released a preview trailer for "Gundam Breaker Battlogue," a new short anime series based on the Gundam Breaker game franchise. The six-episode series is set to premiere on the GUNDAM.INFO YouTube channel starting October 2021.
"Gundam Breaker Battlogue" bridges the gap between the mobile game "Gundam Breaker Mobile" and the console title "Gundam Breaker 3," bringing together familiar characters like Misora from the third installment and Sana Miyama from the mobile game onto the same stage. The anime will showcase intense battles featuring a plethora of original Mobile Suits, leveraging the game's distinctive custom weapon system. The story unfolds during the "GB Festival," a major Gunpla Battle event, where a sudden system anomaly hints at a hidden conspiracy.
In conjunction with the anime, a collaboration project with the mobile game "Gundam Breaker Mobile" will introduce story missions detailing the anime's prequel. Furthermore, Bandai's Gunpla model kit series will release 10 HG 1/144 scale Mobile Suit models featured in "Gundam Breaker Battlogue," with releases beginning in November 2021.
