BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS, known for its popular S.H.Figuarts action figure line, announced today (25th) the upcoming "GUTS Wing 1 & 2 Set" from "Ultraman Tiga," slated for a January 2022 release.
The GUTS Wing serves as the primary fighter jet for the special investigation team GUTS in the series. The two-seater GUTS Wing 1 boasts exceptional maneuverability, capable of flight in atmospheric and space environments, as well as vertical take-off/landing and low-altitude flight within confined caves and urban areas. It's ideal for reconnaissance and monster-luring missions. The four-seater GUTS Wing 2, developed as a medium transport aircraft, handles tasks like material transport and establishing mobile command centers. In combat, it features significantly higher firepower than the GUTS Wing 1.
The "GUTS Wing 1 & 2 Set" is meticulously crafted in a compact size, measuring between 3 to 5.5 cm, perfectly scaled to complement the Ultraman and Kaiju figures released in the S.H.Figuarts line. Both models feature intricate detailing and complete color applications, and each comes with a dedicated display stand allowing for adjustable flight angles. The GUTS Wing 1's wings can retract to recreate its standby mode, while the GUTS Wing 2's nosecone can extend to depict its most powerful beam cannon firing pose!
