It's been a while since I last tackled an RG kit, and this one was an unplanned build. It's been years since my last RG assembly, so I decided to put this one together to kill some time while waiting for other kits and tools.
For this build, I kept it a simple straight build with no paint. That's right! Just a basic straight build with stickers applied – I didn't even bother sanding down nubs or applying panel lining!
While it's an RG, the sheer number of parts is still impressive. Despite that, the entire straight build was surprisingly quick, taking only about two hours to complete. The overall playability is fantastic; the kit's articulation allows for a wide range of dynamic, almost human-like poses. The part separation and color accuracy are also excellent.
From articulation and playability to color separation, this kit is truly outstanding. I can only marvel at this product of Bandai's 'black technology,' especially its incredible articulation. Its articulation is so impressive, it can even perfectly replicate complex spear-throwing poses, like those performed by Yin Biao Dang Jia – haha! Below are some simple finished photos to share with everyone.
