Following the popular releases of Omegamon, Alphamon, and Gallantmon from the "Digimon" series, BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS is set to re-release Gallantmon -Special Color Ver.- under its "NXEDGE STYLE" line. This special edition will feature a unique paint application and is slated for release in December 2021.
The Holy Knight-type Ultimate Digimon, Gallantmon, is formed by the fusion of protagonist Takato Matsuki and Guilmon. Clad in super-hard Chrome Digizoid armor and wielding the Holy Lance Gram and Holy Shield Aegis, he is a member of the Royal Knights, upholding a chivalrous spirit of loyalty and justice. Gallantmon is an anomalous existence, utilizing the destructive power of a Virus-type to maintain order. His immense power, if unbalanced, could transform him into an avatar of destruction for the Digital World. His chest armor bears the "Digital Hazard" symbol, signifying his inherent danger.
Boasting excellent sculpt, articulation, and unique proportions, this NXEDGE STYLE [DIGIMON UNIT] Gallantmon -Special Color Ver.- is based on the 2018 release but features a more premium metallic paint application. The armor, shield, helmet, cape, and main body details have all been repainted, enhancing the overall visual density and presence! It includes the massive Holy Lance Gram and Holy Shield Aegis accessories, and comes with clear effect parts to recreate dynamic battle scenes! Additionally, both the cape and the helmet's crest feature articulated designs, allowing for a wide range of expressive poses.
