Bandai's KIWAMONOWEB sub-brand, specializing in anime character lifestyle goods, is set to release a hilariously creative item based on "Jujutsu Kaisen": the "Sukuna's Finger Chocolate Mold"! Now, fans can make and "eat" Sukuna's fingers right at home. The suggested retail price is 3,780 JPY, and it's currently available for pre-order on Japan's Premium Bandai online store, with an estimated release in January 2022.
Gege Akutami's manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen" (呪術廻戦) began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in 2018, quickly becoming a popular new hit. Its popularity skyrocketed even further after the anime adaptation premiered in October 2020. The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student with superhuman physical abilities, who accidentally swallows a cursed object—one of the fingers of the powerful curse "Ryomen Sukuna"—and becomes its vessel. He then joins the Tokyo Jujutsu High, becoming a student of the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer, Satoru Gojo, alongside Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki, to fight against Curses.
The "Sukuna's Finger Chocolate Mold" is crafted from silicone, recreating the gruesome, mummified appearance of Ryomen Sukuna's severed fingers after being sealed for a thousand years, albeit in a slightly smaller-than-life size.
