The incredibly popular LEGO Disney Castle is back in a smaller size! LEGO and Disney fans alike have been eagerly anticipating the official reveal of the "LEGO 40478 Mini Disney Castle," which is set to release on October 1, 2021.
Update: September 16, 2021
This set features 567 pieces and, once assembled, stands approximately 21 cm (8.3 inches) tall and 14 cm (5.5 inches) wide. It meticulously recreates the exterior details of Cinderella Castle in a compact, mini size. Built with an abundance of gray and white bricks, the model is accented with beautiful blue and gold domes and elongated elements. Compared to the 4080-piece The Disney Castle (71040), the architectural silhouette and gate structure of this mini version still boast impressive accuracy. The clock print above the gate is also beautifully done, making it a perfect, intricate mini companion piece! Plus, with a new printed Mickey Mouse minifigure included, this is truly a must-buy for collectors.
