BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division today (15th) announced the latest addition to its highly articulated and intricately detailed Gunpla line, the "MG (Master Grade)" series. The new "MG 1/100 Shin Musha Gundam Sengoku no Jin Kuroi Ōyoroi" is slated for release in January 2022. This impressive kit will be exclusively available through the official Premium Bandai online store.
The "MG 1/100 Shin Musha Gundam Sengoku no Jin Kuroi Ōyoroi" is a stunning reimagining based on the previously released "Shin Musha Gundam Sengoku no Jin." This new iteration features an original "Kuroi Ōyoroi" (Black Armor) color theme, presenting a fresh look with a black base molding. The red exterior armor boasts a striking plated finish, while silver parts utilize a metallic molding color, combining to create an even more dynamic and powerful appearance.
This release also includes special "Japanese-style original decals" featuring elegant spider lily patterns, which can be applied to the upper arms and thighs to enhance the kit's overall texture and aesthetic. The accompanying "Silver Folding Screen" has been completely re-illustrated by Naoki Morishita, an artist renowned for his work on numerous Gunpla box arts, with a new dragon and phoenix motif enhanced by silver hot stamping. Additionally, the kit comes with a wooden plaque-style nameplate and newly designed box art, making for a truly deluxe package!
