BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division has officially announced the latest addition to their "Figure-rise Standard Amplified" series, which enhances character designs and model kit articulation. Coming from "Digimon Tamers," the new "Beelzemon" model kit is slated for release in January 2022.
The Demon Lord Digimon Beelzemon is known as one of the Seven Great Demon Lords, embodying "Gluttony." He possesses the power to command Devil Digimon, wielding his signature shotgun "Berenjena" and riding the heavy motorcycle "Behemoth." His personality is cold, ruthless, and arrogant, yet despite his immense pride, he never stoops to bullying the weak.
The completed "Figure-rise Standard Amplified Beelzemon" kit stands approximately 17 cm tall. Its overall design has been reinterpreted based on the original settings, with the most significant change being the hands, which are now purely mechanical in appearance and significantly larger. The hair draped across his chest and his tail feature internal metal wires, allowing for more intricate and dynamic posing.
Beelzemon's iconic shotgun, "Berenjena," can be mounted on his back and the outer side of his left shin using dedicated connector parts. The kit includes two types of hands: open palms and weapon-holding hands. True to the Amplified series, the figure also features numerous hardpoints across its body, allowing collectors to customize and expand its arsenal with equipment from other kits.
