Prime 1 Studio is expanding its popular "Premium Masterline" series with a new release from the legendary anime "Fist of the North Star": the Conqueror of Century's End himself, Ken-Oh! The "Raoh 1/4 Scale Statue Ultimate Version" is now available for pre-order. This limited-edition piece is priced at 229,790 JPY and is scheduled to ship between December 2022 and March 2023.
Ken-Oh Raoh (ラオウ) is a pivotal character in "Fist of the North Star," the eldest of the four Hokuto brothers who trained alongside the protagonist Kenshiro under Master Ryuken. Due to the rule that Hokuto Shinken can only have one successor, Raoh's immense ambition led to him being passed over. He then killed his master, declared himself Ken-Oh (Fist King), and set out to conquer the heavens. By building his own army and waging endless war, his undefeated legend made him the feared "Conqueror of Century's End."
The Prime 1 Studio "Premium Masterline Raoh 1/4 Scale Statue Ultimate Version" uses 3D modeling to perfectly capture his proportions and design. Standing at an immense 79cm tall, 51cm wide, and 54cm deep, this statue perfectly recreates his manga appearance, conveying the overwhelming power and presence of the Conqueror of Century's End. The Ultimate Version comes loaded with six head sculpts: three featuring his iconic horned helmet and three unmasked with different expressions. It also includes two interchangeable left arms and three alternate shoulder pauldrons, allowing for a wide variety of commanding poses!
Raoh's ferocious expression is perfectly captured, and his powerful musculature is detailed with realistic skin texturing and bulging veins. The intricate armor and gauntlets feature a heavy, metallic finish, while the deep cape is crafted from real fabric (and is removable). The ornate belt, leg guards, and boots are all recreated with stunning realism, further enhancing Raoh's imposing aura. The base depicts his massive, elephant-like steed, Kokuoh, making for a richer and more complete display. Combining its massive size with meticulous, lifelike sculpting and a high-quality paint application, this is an absolute masterpiece and a must-have for any "Fist of the North Star" fan!
