To commemorate its 10th anniversary, BANDAI CANDY, Bandai's Shokugan division, recently announced the upcoming release of its latest product, "FW GUNDAM CONVERGE 10th Anniversary #SELECTION 01," slated for January 2022. This series of "Mobile Suit Gundam" candy toys is known for its intricate detail packed into an average height of 55mm.
The six mobile suits featured in this release were highly anticipated fan favorites from a survey conducted between December 18, 2020, and January 31, 2021. Newly sculpted units include the protagonist machine from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans," the Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex; the iconic Gyan piloted by M'Quve from "Mobile Suit Gundam"; and the Zudah (Unit 1) and Zudah (Units 2 & 3) / Zudah (Reserve Unit) from "Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO," which once vied with the Zaku I for mass production status. Returning favorites include the Gundam Mk-II (Titans Color), originally featured in #06, and Char's Custom Sazabi, first released in #01.

Notably, the revived Gundam Mk-II (Titans Color) comes with three interchangeable shoulder armor numbers, allowing collectors to display Units 1 through 3. The Sazabi, meanwhile, now includes the Beam Shot Rifle previously bundled with the "FW GUNDAM CONVERGE:CORE Red Comet's Trajectory" release, though its molding color has been adjusted.
