Good Smile Company's popular "POP UP PARADE" series, known for its affordable price point and convenient display size, has released several figures from the hit anime "My Hero Academia." Now, the League of Villains is making its move with the debut of the "POP UP PARADE Toga Himiko" non-scale PVC pre-painted figure. Additionally, a special "Toga Himiko Limited Ver." will be available exclusively through the GOODSMILE Online Shop. Both versions are priced at 3,900 JPY and are slated for release in February 2022.
Toga Himiko is a highly popular female antagonist from "My Hero Academia." While she appears to be a cute high school girl, she is actually a twisted, wanted serial killer. She is a member of the League of Villains, serving as a squad leader in their Vanguard Action Squad. Her Quirk allows her to transform by ingesting blood. With a twisted and cruel personality, she is attracted to people who are injured and covered in blood (hence her affection for Izuku Midoriya), and she constantly feels the urge to "cut up" the people she likes.
The "POP UP PARADE Toga Himiko" stands at approximately 160mm tall. This figure captures her cute yet terrifying appearance, dressed in her high school uniform and sporting her signature fanged mask. Her messy bun, pale legs crossed beneath her pleated skirt, and "gyaru" peace sign hand gesture are all faithfully recreated. Coupled with her special blood-collecting equipment used when activating her Quirk, the figure perfectly embodies her yandere charm.
Meanwhile, the "POP UP PARADE Toga Himiko Limited Ver.," available exclusively at the GOODSMILE Online Shop, features an even more "sickly cute" tongue-out expression, showcasing her signature fangs. Her hand gesture has also been changed from a peace sign to a single finger, adding an extra touch of Toga's unique style!
