BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division has officially announced the latest addition to their "HG (HIGH GRADE)" model kit series: the "HG 1/72 Brady Hound" from the original anime "AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline," slated for release in January 2022.
Designed by mechanical designer Kanetake Ebikawa, the "Brady Hound (ブレイディハウンド)" is a mass-production unit utilized by the North American Alliance Army in the series. The kit faithfully recreates its distinctive aircraft-like head design and features fully articulated joints throughout its body. It comes equipped with a dedicated rifle (with grenade launcher attachment), a specialized short sword, various interchangeable hand parts, and a swappable head for its parked state. Furthermore, it can be mounted underneath the separately sold "HG 1/72 Byakuchi Transport Aircraft" to recreate dynamic transport scenes!

"AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline" is the first original anime from SUNRISE BEYOND, a studio known for its work on titles like "Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE" and "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urthr Hunt." The story is set in A.D. 2061, where Japan has been divided and subjugated by the world's four major economic blocs. Its people are treated as slaves in a subordinate nation, and the country itself has become a frontline battlefield for various factions deploying humanoid special mobile weapons known as "AMAIM." The protagonist, Amou Shiiba, is a 16-year-old boy who loves machines and collects parts. One day, a fateful encounter with the autonomous AI "Gai" leads Amou to pilot his self-made AMAIM, the "Kenbu," to fight for Japan's liberation.
