GOOD SMILE COMPANY's "POP UP PARADE" series, known for its affordable price point and high-quality scale figures, has previously released display-friendly figures of Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira from "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba." Today, July 28th, the company announced new additions to the lineup, featuring the Water Hashira and Insect Hashira! This article will focus on the product details for the Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka.
Standing approximately 17 cm tall, this figure captures Giyu Tomioka in a poised, upright stance, his left hand gripping the tsuba and his right on the hilt, as if ready to draw his sword. Compared to the seemingly delicate and agile Insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho, this Giyu figure exudes a calm and steady aura. His distinctive "half-and-half haori," as Inosuke calls it, is faithfully recreated, showcasing the differing colors on each side and the unique pattern representing his friend, Sabito. His piercing blue eyes, cool expression, spiky black hair, and the intricate folds of his Demon Slayer Corps uniform are all meticulously sculpted.
