Bandai's Gashapon brand, known for its "MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE" capsule toy series featuring interchangeable parts and endless customization from "Mobile Suit Gundam," today announced a massive 5th-anniversary commemorative item: the "EX35 Gundam TR-6 [Quinlough] Full Armor Form," slated for release in March 2022.
Hailing from the "Mobile Suit Z Gundam" side story "Advance of Z: Under the Flag of Titans," the RX-124 Gundam TR-6 [Quinlough] inherits the concepts and technology of the Gundam Prototype Unit 3. It serves as a simplified version, replacing the decisive weapon [Inle], designed as a base defense weapon for tactical-level combat. Centered around the Mobile Suit Gundam TR-6 [Woundwort-Rah II], it integrates two Advanced Kehaar II units, allowing it to simultaneously control a large array of weaponry to attack multiple targets with formidable offensive and defensive capabilities. By further equipping giant limb components, it can form the Full Armor Form, capable of ground operations.
The "MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE EX35 Gundam TR-6 [Quinlough] Full Armor Form" is an absolute heavyweight compared to standard MSE releases. Standing at an impressive 15 cm tall, it requires four dedicated display stands for support. The entire model features intricate details consistent with the series' style and includes several 3mm hardpoints for customization, creating an incredibly powerful visual presence.
Beyond its [Quinlough] Full Armor Form, the various armaments can also be disassembled and recombined to create other configurations, including the Gundam TR-6 [Quinlough], Gundam TR-6 [Fiver II-Rah], and Gundam TR-6 [Advanced Kehaar II]. These parts can also be utilized with other TR Project mobile suits from the same series!
