As expected, Max Factory's wildly popular figma action figure series dropped a massive number of new prototype reveals!
The figma series by Max Factory is an acclaimed line of articulated figures known for its exceptional posability. Utilizing a joint system co-developed with legendary sculptor Masaki Apsy, the figures feature sleek articulation cuts that faithfully preserve the character's original design. Each release comes packed with interchangeable expressions, hand parts, and a wealth of character-specific accessories, allowing collectors to recreate a huge variety of scenes. Since its debut in 2008, the line has grown to over 500 releases, making it one of the most recognizable action figure brands in Japan.

In addition, new items were revealed for other lines, including Masaki Apsy and illustrator huke's model kit series "chitocerium", the hybrid action figure and model kit line "ACT MODE", and GSC's latest doll series "Harmonia humming". Among the most eye-catching announcements was "MOTORED CYBORG RUNNER", a new project from Max Factory in collaboration with artist AF_KURO. This new figure breaks away from the mainstream "mecha-musume" formula of a cute girl with attachable armor, instead featuring a girl composed of intricate, biomechanical cyborg parts.
