Megahouse, a leading Japanese toy company, is set to release the "Kamado Siblings Set" pre-painted PVC figure from their high-end "Precious G.E.M." series, featuring the immensely popular "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" franchise! This dynamic duo will retail for 28,600 JPY and is slated for release in June 2022.
Originally created by Japanese manga artist Koyoharu Gotouge, "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" exploded in popularity following its stunning anime adaptation, becoming one of the hottest anime series today. Set in Japan's Taisho era, the story follows protagonist Tanjiro Kamado after his family is massacred by Muzan Kibutsuji, the progenitor of all demons. His younger sister, Nezuko Kamado, survives but is transformed into a demon herself. To find a way to turn her back into a human, Tanjiro embarks on a perilous journey to slay demons.
The "Precious G.E.M. Kamado Siblings Set" figure captures the brother-sister duo in a dynamic, back-to-back combat pose! Tanjiro stands approximately 17 cm tall, depicted in the cool instant he draws his Nichirin Blade with one hand, his meticulously painted wooden box strapped to his back. His signature Hanafuda earrings are crafted from etched metal parts, fluttering vividly with his turning motion.
Meanwhile, his sister Nezuko is shown in her demon form, unleashing her Blood Demon Art! Her frenzied crouching pose, complete with bulging veins across her face, strikes a balance between adorable and incredibly cool. The delicate flow of her haori and the powerful sculpting of her fingertips are all rendered with impressive detail. The exclusive dual base features intricately carved haori patterns!
