US toy manufacturer NECA today revealed an awesome new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-themed release: the "Raphael as Frankenstein’s Monster" 7-inch action figure, a fantastic crossover with one of the classic characters from Universal Monsters horror films!
Designed by the renowned James Groman, this figure masterfully combines the tragic creation, Frankenstein's Monster, with the mutant turtle Raphael. Standing approximately 17.7 cm (7 inches) tall, the head sculpt features Frankenstein's iconic cranial structure seamlessly blended with Raphael's signature red eye mask. Stitches are visible across the entire body, which retains both the monster's suit and Raph's knee and elbow pads. The shell features a cracked design, cleverly patched up with a manhole cover. A gauge on its back is connected to the neck via tubes, further emphasizing its "man-made" characteristic, all complemented by a chain wrapped around its waist. The overall design is incredibly cool!
Accessories include two lightning-themed sai and multiple interchangeable hands, allowing "Raphael as Frankenstein’s Monster" to strike intimidating, combat-ready, and other dynamic poses. We're eagerly awaiting official release details and the reveal of more characters in this exciting lineup!
