Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS, under its collector's toy division "TAMASHII NATIONS," is set to release the protagonists from the recently animated series "Ranking of Kings"—Prince Bojji and his companion Kage—as part of its popular S.H.Figuarts posable figure series in March 2022!
"Ranking of Kings" (王様ランキング) is a manga series created by Sousuke Toka, which began serialization online in 2017 before being published as tankobon volumes. An anime adaptation was announced in 2019 and premiered in October 2021. The story centers on Bojji, the first prince of the Bosse Kingdom. Born deaf, mute, and physically weak, he is largely dismissed as unfit to inherit the throne. However, Bojji refuses to give up, and with the help of his loyal friend Kage and secret assistance from some within the palace, the prince gradually grows stronger, developing unique abilities and uncovering the inner workings of the royal family.
This S.H.Figuarts Prince Bojji figure faithfully captures his animated design. The prince is depicted in his dark blue attire, complete with his iconic crown. It comes with three interchangeable facial expressions. For accessories, the figure includes a removable green cape, a wooden practice sword used for training, and the specialized rapier he acquires after his rigorous training with Despa of the Underworld. Naturally, his steadfast companion from the Shadow Clan, Kage, is also included!
