BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division has announced the latest addition to their popular "Figure-rise Standard" character model kit series, featuring a new release from "Kamen Rider Kuuga." The "Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider Kuuga Pegasus Form / Rising Pegasus Form" is slated for release in March 2022.
Kamen Rider Kuuga is the transformed state of adventurer Yusuke Godai, who dons the ancient Linto warrior's transformation belt, the "Arcle," found in the Gurongi Ruins. He is the legendary warrior who fought against the Grongi, also known to the police as "Unidentified Life Form No. 4." Thanks to the "Amadam" spirit stone embedded in the Arcle, Kuuga can transform into various forms and manipulate corresponding natural elements. This release features the "Pegasus Form," which enhances his six senses using the element of wind, and its powered-up version, the "Rising Pegasus Form."
The "Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider Kuuga Pegasus Form / Rising Pegasus Form" boasts brand-new full-color box art. The kit utilizes the previously released Mighty Form body as its base, incorporating new parts to faithfully recreate the Pegasus Form's distinctive green armor and belt. The gold sections are treated with a luxurious matte gold plating. It also includes the newly sculpted "Pegasus Bowgun" as its dedicated weapon.
The kit also comes with a complete set of dedicated parts to recreate the "Rising Pegasus Form," allowing builders to choose between assembling either the Pegasus or Rising Pegasus forms. The gold armor and belt parts for this form are also plated. By attaching the gold reinforced parts to the Pegasus Bowgun, you can recreate its specialized weapon, the "Rising Pegasus Bowgun"!
