Taiwanese toy brand Beast Kingdom is set to release an exciting new addition to its popular "Dynamic 8ction Heroes" (DAH) series. This latest offering, the "Medieval Knight Iron Man" 1/9 scale action figure, reimagines the iconic Marvel hero with a unique medieval theme. The figure is currently available for pre-order on Beast Kingdom's official website, priced at NT$4,690, with an estimated release in Q2 2022.
The "Medieval Knight" series draws inspiration from the honorable knights of the Middle Ages, blending Marvel heroes with the regal symbolism of a "King's Knight." For this debut, the series features none other than Marvel's flagship superhero, Iron Man! Standing approximately 21 cm tall, the figure boasts 18 points of articulation. Breaking away from his usual high-tech armor, this original design adopts a distinct medieval knight aesthetic, cleverly transforming Iron Man's signature red and gold into a majestic suit of armor.
Intricate details include the Avengers logo engraved on the armor and golden chainmail peeking through the joints. Iron Man's chest arc reactor has been reimagined as a sapphire, complete with built-in LED light-up effects! The figure comes equipped with a variety of medieval-inspired accessories, including a long sword, shield, and flintlock pistol. Interchangeable hands, magic energy potions, and bombs that attach to his waist further enhance the playability of this unique Medieval Knight Iron Man.
For collectors seeking even more, the DX Deluxe version includes an unmasked Tony Stark head sculpt, a spear, and a flight jetpack. Even in the Middle Ages, this Iron Man is ready to unleash his full power and dominate the battlefield!
