LEGO recently unveiled its new 21226 Art Project set (https://www.toy-people.com/?p=66118). While the initial announcement left me feeling it was somewhat less impressive compared to previous LEGO Art releases, its modular design and vibrant color palette immediately struck me as perfect for a custom build of my favorite character: Super Mario.
I managed to get my hands on two boxes of the set a week ago, and after four days of dedicated building, I've completed this incredible Super Mario mosaic.
This isn't my first custom LEGO Art project; I previously repurposed three LEGO Art Star Wars sets and one LEGO Art The Beatles set to create mosaics of Batman and Leslie Cheung.
