Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division, TAMASHII NATIONS, today announced the latest additions to their "PROPLICA" series, which brings fictional props to life with cutting-edge technology. Coming from "Macross Frontier", the "Microphone (Ranka Lee)" and "Microphone (Sheryl Nome)" are slated for release in June 2022.
Both microphones are meticulously crafted at approximately 1/1 scale, faithfully replicating the iconic designs used by the series' heroines. The Ranka Lee version features her distinctive fabric bow, while the Sheryl Nome model boasts intricate patterns, both finished with gold and silver coatings to evoke a realistic metallic texture. Furthermore, the dedicated display bases showcase the divas' signatures and signature accessories in gold lettering on a white background, adding a touch of elegance. The two bases can also be combined for a dynamic display.
Each microphone is equipped with buttons for dialogue, music, and instrumental versions. The Ranka Lee microphone plays three tracks: "Seikan Hikou" (Interstellar Flight), "Aimo ~ Tori no Hito" (Bird Human), and "Anata no Oto" (Your Sound). The Sheryl Nome microphone, on the other hand, includes "Iteza☆Gogo Kuji Don't be late" (Sagittarius☆9PM Don't be late), "Northern Cross", and "Diamond Crevasse". By linking the two microphones via their built-in infrared devices, fans can unlock the iconic duet songs "Triangler (fight on stage)" and "Lion" for a truly immersive experience!
