Japan's MECHA SMILE brand today announced the latest additions to its "MODEROID" assembly model kit series: the highly anticipated "Patmolcar" and "Kyukyu Molcar" from the popular stop-motion animation "PUI PUI MOLCAR," set to release in April 2022.

Following the release of the five main characters, MODEROID is now bringing us the memorable supporting cast: the "Kyukyu Molcar," which famously got stuck in traffic while transporting a patient and cried tears of frustration, and the "Patmolcar," which, despite chasing a criminal, couldn't resist stopping for a carrot. Though unnamed, these characters left a lasting impression on viewers.

The "MODEROID Patmolcar" is constructed from multi-colored molded parts, resulting in an adorable approximately 7 cm long model. It comes with two types of wheels: one set for display and another for rolling action. Decals are included to recreate the police markings, teary-eyed, and sweating expressions on its body. Additionally, a yellow-molded police officer figure (male/female) is included.

The "MODEROID Kyukyu Molcar" shares its basic mold with the Patmolcar, with the primary difference being the shape of the warning light on its roof. Also built from multi-colored molded parts, it measures approximately 7 cm long and includes two types of wheels for display and rolling. Decals allow for recreating the cross emblem on its body, as well as its teary-eyed and sweating expressions.
