During the "TAMASHII NATION ONLINE 2021" event held last weekend, BANDAI SPIRITS' collectors division, TAMASHII NATIONS, showcased several new prototypes from their "ROBOT Damashii" and "NXEDGE STYLE" lines, all based on "Evangelion". These items are reference exhibits with release dates yet to be announced.
The "ROBOT Damashii" series, known for its precise CAD-engineered sculpting and flexible articulation, featured the "EVANGELION Mark.06" piloted by Kaworu Nagisa, Asuka's unit "EVANGELION Unit-02'β" from "Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo.", and Mari's unit "EVANGELION Unit-08α".

Meanwhile, the "NXEDGE STYLE" articulated figure series, characterized by its sharp designs and unique proportions, unveiled a rare treat: the "EVANGELION Unit-01 F-Type Equipment," "EVANGELION Unit-02 F-Type Equipment," and "EVANGELION Unit-00 F-Type Equipment." These forms, which appeared in games and spin-offs like "Neon Genesis Evangelion 2" and "Neon Genesis Evangelion ANIMA," feature enhanced armor and high-firepower weaponry, giving the EVAs a silhouette closer to traditional Japanese anime mecha.
