Japan's Bandai Gashapon, the capsule toy division of Bandai Co., Ltd., is set to release a new "DeLorean Time Machine DX" from "Back to the Future" in March 2022, joining their highly detailed "EXCEED MODEL" product series!
This past August, Gashapon launched the "EXCEED MODEL DeLorean" as a capsule toy, priced at 500 JPY per turn. This new version, branded as DX, comes in at 1,500 JPY per turn. While maintaining the approximately 10 cm size, it meticulously sculpts the details of the Time Machine from the "Back to the Future" film series. However, this DX version not only features an LED light-up function but also boasts exquisite new paint applications for a more realistic finish, including additional colors for the interior and rear, as well as metallic paint usage, significantly enhancing its premium feel!
The "EXCEED MODEL DeLorean Time Machine DX" offers three distinct versions, replicating the iconic appearances from "Back to the Future" films 1, 2, and 3. Beyond the functional opening doors, the "Part 2" DeLorean can even recreate its famous Hover Mode, making it an incredibly exciting collectible!
