Japanese capsule toy manufacturer "State of the Art" (SO-TA Co., Ltd.) has teamed up with prodigy sculptor Yoshi to release the second wave of their ultra-high-quality "Tsumugibako ~Chapter 2~" articulated capsule toys. This series features 8 different types, priced at 500 JPY per play, and is slated for release in March 2022. Additionally, a blind box figure version, "Tsumugibako ~Chapter 2~ Genkai," will be making its debut soon.
Created by sculptor Yoshi, the "Tsumugibako" series not only boasts unique and exquisite character designs but also features a comprehensive, original world-view. The story unfolds in a setting where humanity resides in "The Ancient Capital" (Miyako), while bizarre entities inhabit "The Box Garden" (Hakoniwa), a place that accepts sins. To maintain order, 13 "Reapers" (Sainin) and the sinless "Putun" were designed to protect all designated subjects. A cycle of sacrificing lives and purifying the soul's sins maintains the balance between these two strange realms. However, a sudden anomaly has shattered this cycle, pushing the world towards destruction...
