Japanese company PLEX (PLEX Co., Ltd.) is releasing a 1/8 scale PVC figure of "Holy Girl Iron Maiden Jeanne" from the popular anime and manga series "Shaman King." Priced at 16,500 JPY, the figure is currently available for pre-order at MARU P (Marupi Shoten) and is expected to ship in May 2022.
Maiden Jeanne, a divine shaman boasting 500,000 Furyoku, serves as the spiritual leader of the "X-LAWS" organization, which aims to defeat Hao. She is one of the three major powers, alongside Hao's team and Sati's team. Her memorable debut saw her encased in the "Iron Maiden" torture device, only to reveal a cute yet stern young girl upon its opening, leaving a strong impression on fans. She uses the Iron Maiden to bring herself close to death, thereby boosting her Furyoku in battle. Her Guardian Ghost is Shamash, whose original form is inspired by the sun god from the "Code of Hammurabi." Despite the organization's claims, she is merely an ordinary girl with strong spiritual abilities, not a "holy girl" in the traditional sense.
The "Holy Girl Iron Maiden Jeanne" 1/8 scale PVC figure measures approximately 200 × 120 × 110 mm. It faithfully recreates her iconic outfit, including the spiked, hollowed-out torture device on her feet, the metallic-textured locked belt, and the Iron Maiden mask on the back of her helmet. Her voluminous, flowing hair, combined with her cool, expressionless face, perfectly captures Jeanne's personality. A clear stand supports the figure, giving it a floating appearance.
