Following the release of the first visual for the movie "Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero," Bandai Spirits' popular S.H.Figuarts series has unveiled its latest addition: the "S.H.Figuarts Piccolo SUPER HERO" action figure. Priced at 4,180 JPY, this highly anticipated collectible is set for an April 2022 release.
Building on previous releases such as the original "S.H.Figuarts Piccolo," "S.H.Figuarts King Piccolo" from "Dragon Ball," and "S.H.Figuarts Piccolo (Dragon Ball Z)," the "Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero" version of Piccolo makes a fresh appearance in the S.H.Figuarts line. This figure boasts an entirely new sculpt, featuring a head sculpt that is even more faithful to the character, enhanced details on his unique body markings and costume, and improved articulation.
The "S.H.Figuarts Piccolo SUPER HERO" action figure reinterprets the character based on his appearance in the "Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero" movie. Not only does he sport a new color scheme, but his facial expressions are also "closer to Akira Toriyama-sensei's design than ever before!" The figure comes with three interchangeable face parts: a confident smile, a gritted-teeth battle expression, and a powerful shouting face for unleashing attacks. These can be combined with finely detailed interchangeable wrists, complete with bulging vein lines, and the S.H.Figuarts' advanced articulation to recreate dynamic and fluid poses.
