To commemorate the 8th anniversary of the popular anime "KILL la KILL," Japanese toy company FREEing (株式会社 FREEing) is re-releasing a new color variant of their highly detailed 1/4 scale character figure from the "B-Style" series. The new product, "Ryuko Matoi Bunny Ver.2nd," is slated for release in June 2022.
First released in 2019, the popular "Ryuko Matoi Bunny Ver." figure transformed Ryuko from her usual fierce delinquent persona into a charming, rarely-seen shy expression, clad in a sleek black bunny suit that perfectly showcased her impressive physique. The large 1/4 scale allowed for realistic, finely woven net tights that fit snugly, further enhancing the elegant curves of her legs.
While the sculpt of the new "Ryuko Matoi Bunny Ver.2nd" remains largely consistent with the original release, this version takes on a bold new theme inspired by Senketsu's crimson. Dressed in a brand-new deep red bunny suit, the figure exudes a different kind of allure, highlighted by a more daring and passionate glossy crimson finish compared to its black predecessor.
