Bandai's GASHAPON division, renowned for its innovative capsule toys, has released a hilariously creative new line called "Animal Crowded Train" (どうぶつ満員電車). These anthropomorphic animal figures perfectly capture the comical chaos of a packed rush-hour commute. The series features six unique designs, each retailing for 300 JPY, and was initially launched in late January 2022.
The "Animal Crowded Train" capsule toys brilliantly depict various animals in hilariously squished and awkward poses, embodying the theme of an overcrowded train during peak hours. The lineup includes an Ostrich with its head comically draped over a train handle, a Hippo with its arms tucked tightly in front of its belly, a Pig so squeezed its body is visibly deformed, a stoic Brown Bear, a playful Cat hanging onto a handrail, and even a surprisingly appearing Dolphin! Their expressions, a perfect mix of resignation and embarrassment, are absolutely laugh-out-loud funny. The more you collect, the more chaotic and crowded your display becomes, truly bringing the packed train scene to life!
