Hong Kong-based toy brand threezero recently announced that its 1/6 scale action figure line, "FigZero," will be releasing "Ultraman Suit Zoffy," "Ultraman Suit Taro," and "Ultraman Suit Jack." These characters, from the "ULTRAMAN" manga, are set to appear in the anime's second season. Further product details will be revealed at a later date.
The sci-fi manga "ULTRAMAN," created by Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi, continues the worldview of the original "Ultraman" tokusatsu series. Decades after the "Giant of Light" became a legend, the story follows protagonist Shinjiro Hayata, son of Shin Hayata (who once merged with Ultraman). Possessing unique abilities from birth, Shinjiro dons the Ultraman Suit to fight alongside a new generation of Ultramen.
Previous Ultraman Suit releases in the FigZero line have been highly praised for their sculpt, materials, and articulation design. Each figure typically stands around 30 cm tall, features over 40 points of articulation, and comes with various weapon accessories. Anticipation is high for how these three newly announced figures will be executed, especially the comparatively larger Jack Suit.
