MEDICOM TOY, the renowned Japanese toy company, is expanding its 6-inch MAFEX action figure line. Following numerous character releases from the acclaimed DC Comics storyline "Batman: Hush," it's now the turn of the fan-favorite, Nightwing, to make his highly anticipated debut! This figure is slated for release in November 2022.
This MAFEX release features Dick Grayson as Nightwing, meticulously recreating his iconic black and blue costume as envisioned by Korean-American comic book legend Jim Lee. Standing at approximately 15.5 cm, the figure boasts finely sculpted muscular lines and realistic fabric wrinkles. It includes two interchangeable head sculpts, both featuring his signature blue mask: one with a neutral expression and another with a gritted teeth look. The weapon accessories are particularly impressive, featuring two separate escrima sticks, a pair of interchangeable hands designed to hold spinning escrima sticks (one for each side), and a bendable escrima stick, likely wired for dynamic posing. These allow for a wide array of cool combat poses!
