GOOD SMILE COMPANY's popular "Nendoroid" series, boasting over a thousand different figures, has announced the "Nendoroid Jolyne Cujoh" articulated figure, based on the sixth part of the "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" TV anime series, "Stone Ocean." Priced at 5,478 JPY, the figure is slated for release in July 2022.
The protagonist of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean," Jolyne Cujoh, is the daughter of Jotaro Kujo. Originally a typical delinquent, she finds herself imprisoned in the state penitentiary known as "Green Dolphin Street Prison" (often referred to as the "Aquarium" in fan circles) after being framed for murder. When her father, Jotaro, attempts to rescue her, he is ambushed by White Snake and falls into a comatose state. Determined to save her father, Jolyne resolves to reclaim his memories and Stand, ultimately confronting Father Pucci, the mastermind behind these schemes.
The "Nendoroid Jolyne Cujoh" articulated figure stands approximately 10 cm tall, faithfully recreating her distinctive two-tone hair, green eye and lip makeup, and iconic midriff-baring outfit. She comes with three interchangeable face plates: a "Standard Face" capturing her strong and straightforward gaze, a "Combat Face" with an open mouth for shouting, and a cool, Jolyne-esque "Smiling Face." Accessories include two "String Effect" hand parts to showcase her Stand ability, "Stone Free," a pair of "Handcuffs" from her imprisonment, and the included mouse, "Choro-kichi," which Jolyne named in the series. Fans can enjoy recreating various scenes from the show!
