Japanese capsule toy manufacturer Kitan Club (キタンクラブ) originally released their new "My Best Friend Collection" (マイベストフレンドコレクション) from "Jujutsu Kaisen" in late January 2022! Official images and product details were unveiled at the time, with each capsule priced at 500 JPY!
The "My Best Friend Collection" features Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo, the iconic duo, sculpted in a charming two-head-tall chibi style. Standing approximately 5–6 cm tall, these figures recreate three memorable scenes from the anime, with Yuji and Todo paired together in each set. Scene A depicts the pair after Yuji masters Black Flash, ready to "take down" the Special Grade Curse Hanami. Scene B captures the "non-existent" memory of them reading manga on the school rooftop. Finally, Scene C shows Todo's realization that Yuji is his best friend, while Yuji remains hilariously oblivious. These combinations are truly delightful! But at 500 JPY per capsule, perhaps that's the price of an invaluable bromance?! Best Friends indeed!
