Hello everyone, I'm Jerry. I love to draw, and I love to collect toys. Today, I'm excited to introduce my original character toys—the "RUNNER" series "Gui" carded figure.

As a huge fan of blister-carded figures, I've always wanted to move beyond collecting and create my very own toy. So, when I started planning this project, choosing carded packaging was a natural first step, and that's how it all began...

About "Gui"
Gui was born in Kaohsiung on August 9th. She stands at 166cm and is the vocalist for a rock band. Her favorite food is pig's blood cake, and she can't stand the old military villages of her hometown. Her raw vocal style—shifting between guttural screams, wild energy, and soft whispers—has struck a chord with countless fans. She got her start in her hometown of Zuoying, joining her friends' band, "Lazybones." Her bluesy voice injected new life into the lethargic group, and now they're searching for a fourth member to conquer the major music festival circuit.
Simply put: she's one cool girl.

This character was actually born from a one-page comic I drew, and she gave me a glimmer of hope during a low point in my life. So, years later, when I decided to produce my first toy, "Gui" was the natural choice for my debut release. She's like my good luck charm.

This "Gui" figure stands approximately 11cm tall, a perfect size to hold and admire. The primary color scheme is a vibrant fluorescent pink and purple, accented with neon green paint splatters that perfectly capture her trendy, street-style spirit. While it's a non-articulated static figure, the visual appeal has been pushed to the max. From the fine details on her clothing to the character in her facial expression, every element is sharp—especially the clean sculpt of her hair, which seriously amps up her cool factor.
Special attention was paid to her outfit, which includes a cuffed beanie with a three-dimensional stitched texture and a puffy down jacket. The circular accessory on her clothes has a realistic leather-like finish, making you want to take style cues from "Gui" herself. But the most stunning detail is hidden on the soles of her shoes: nestled within the intricate tread is a "mini bear" pattern, showcasing the designer's incredible dedication.

For the cardback design, the artist chose a rough, bold line-art style to match the character's vibe. The layout gives a subtle nod to classic American carded figures, adding a bit of retro flavor. But the most striking feature is the color palette—this will be an absolute eye-catcher hanging on any wall.

"Gui" is a character that combines "streetwear," "retro," and "good luck."
