Bandai's GASHAPON division is set to release a hilarious new series of capsule toys called "Animal Press Conference" (どうぶつ記者会見), anthropomorphizing adorable animals as they hold apology press conferences. This comical lineup features six different designs, each retailing for 300 JPY, and is scheduled to launch in early February 2022.
The "Animal Press Conference" capsule toys comically depict animals holding their own apology press conferences, with the reasons for their public statements written on the small tables equipped with microphones. The animals making their public apologies include a Shiba Inu, a Pug, a Miniature Dachshund, and three different colored cats. Their remorseful, furrowed-brow expressions, combined with common pet misdeeds like stealing food, destructive behavior, tearing up wallpaper, or playing with toilet paper, will surely resonate with any pet owner. Collect multiple figures and line them up to create your own chaotic press conference scene!
