BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectible toy division, known for its popular Figuarts mini action figure series, is adding a new set to its highly successful "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" lineup. Following the first wave, second wave, and Hashira collection, the "Figuarts mini Sumiko, Zenko, and Inoko" trio from the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc" is set to join the series! This set will retail for 8,910 JPY and is scheduled for release in October 2022.
The "Figuarts mini" series features articulated joints in the head, arms, shoulders, and legs, along with interchangeable hand parts and a dedicated display stand for enhanced poseability. Each figure boasts an adorable 2.5-head-tall chibi design, standing approximately 9cm (3.5 inches) tall. The eyes are crafted using the "Glittering EYE" manufacturing method, giving them a vibrant, bright, and lively expression.
This latest release transforms Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke—the three main protagonists from the "Entertainment District Arc"—into their charming female disguises as apprentice oiran, Sumiko, Zenko, and Inoko, as part of Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui's infiltration plan. While they don't feature their iconic exaggerated makeup, their cute details like the small bows and pigtail hairstyles are perfectly captured! With the included interchangeable hand parts, fans can pose them in delicate and graceful ways.
