Future Factory, distributed by Good Smile Company, is set to release a new 1/7 scale figure of Akira Toudou from the popular anime series "World's End Harem." The figure is priced at 15,000 JPY and was originally slated for an August 2022 release.
Based on the popular manga "World's End Harem" (終末のハーレム) by LINK and Kotaro Shono, the story follows protagonist Reito Mizuhara. After being put into cryogenic sleep for five years due to a rare disease called Cellular Sclerosis, Reito awakens to a world ravaged by the "Male Killer Virus," leaving only five men alive globally. To ensure the future of humanity, Reito is tasked with the monumental responsibility of repopulating the world with numerous women. The anime adaptation resumed broadcast in January 2022 after a review period.
Akira Toudou, who ranked first in the original manga's female character popularity poll, is the volleyball team's ace. She's an all-around athlete with exceptional physical prowess. Often mistaken for being cold due to her difficulty expressing emotions, Akira is, in fact, incredibly helpful and possesses a hidden girlish charm.
Future Factory's 1/7 scale Akira Toudou figure brings the character to life in her student uniform. Standing approximately 255mm tall (including the base), the figure faithfully recreates her tall physique, black ponytail, and a slightly bashful pose. Her voluminous G-cup bust is also accurately rendered, appearing even more alluring beneath the uniform. In addition to a gentle smiling face, the figure includes an interchangeable blushing, shy expression, allowing collectors to display Akira with different moods.
