Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division, TAMASHII NATIONS, has just dropped a thrilling surprise today (June 17th) with the latest addition to their highly detailed and articulated S.H.Figuarts line, straight from "Thor: Love and Thunder"! What's more, the highly anticipated return of Jane Foster (portrayed by Natalie Portman) makes her debut directly as "Mighty Thor"! This article brings you all the product details for this powerful female Thor figure.
While information about the new Taika Waititi-directed "Thor 4" film is still scarce, Natalie Portman, returning to the MCU after several years, has confirmed the movie is adapted from Marvel Comics' "The Mighty Thor." Fittingly, this new action figure is also released under the "Mighty Thor" designation! Standing approximately 14.5 cm tall, the figure showcases a black battle suit extensively covered with metallic silver-painted armor. Complementing this are leather-like skirt armor, gauntlets, and a meticulously crafted fabric cape, all contributing to a rich, layered aesthetic. The helmeted head sculpt, in particular, is both incredibly cool and beautifully rendered!
Accessories include an interchangeable Jane Foster head sculpt, Mjolnir, and two distinct effect parts for the hammer: one depicting its shattered state and another with dynamic lightning effects. Notably, Mjolnir features numerous cracks glowing with a brilliant blue hue, strongly suggesting this might be the reforged hammer! The entire package is incredibly exciting and sure to thrill fans!
